To Store

Take care to keep your tomatillos dry. For short term storage of a few days, you can store your tomatillos in your fridge, or in a cool place in your pantry. For longer term storage, its best to place your tomatillos in a paper bag and put them in your refrigerator. That way they should last at least two weeks. It is recommended that tomatillos shouldn’t be stored below 5 degrees Celsius for more than two weeks.
